~They have been together since 1992,and created the band when they were in 9th grade. (About 14 years old.)
~Adam's favorite song to play onstage is "Home," from their first album,self-entitled "Three Days Grace."
~Three Days Grace was most popular in 2006,with their second album,"One-X."This was a huge time for the band,especially Adam,who was at a rehabilitation center for OxyContin and alcholism. At that time,he wrote songs like "Animal I have Become," "Riot," "Pain," and "Never too Late." In 2007,"Behind the Pain," came out,telling about Adam's journey through addiction.He is still sober today. :D
~Adam is married to Naomi Faith Brewer,and has been since May of 2004. He has no children,but he has a goddaughter named Roo,and dog named Mabel.He is so close to Mabel,that he refers to her as his "first born."
~Adam's favorite drink is Dr.Pepper,and beverage is coffee.
~Adam's favorite color is black.
~Adam's favorite sport is hockey.
~Adam's favorite ice cream flavor is chocolate.
~Three Days Grace started out as "Groundswell," but was later changed to Three Days Grace.
~The band pefers vampires over werewolves,as said in a Halloween interview. "Vampires are better,werewolves are hairy!"~Neil

Well,this is familiar!

So,if you guys don't know,Hurricane Sandy is creeping up the northeast coast as we speak,coming straight towards me. Wonderful. Soo,since my power may get knocked out,or cable and such,I thought I'd post some updates and warnings in advance. :D
First off,this is crazy! Tornados,microbursts,floods,snowstorms in October-what's with the weather!? Last year,we got a snowstorm a few days before Halloween,and Hurricane Irene to go with it. Jeez,weather,Y U SO CRAZY?
Anywho,I will try my best to make some sort of Halloween drawing,even if I have to make it traditionally.

Kameron's Journey

Kameron is 13 years old. He is a huge Three Days Grace fan,and likes alot of rock bands. But,Kameron has a diesease,that caused him to loose his kidney's,when he was younger. Luckily,his mother saved him. But that was eight years ago,and his kidney implant can no longer help him. So,he is put in the hospital. He cannot play football anymore,and has to have 22 different medications a day. He needs to be hooked up to something for 9 hours at night,and has doctor appointments every week. He was in the hospital,the same day of a Three Days Grace concert. He had tickets to go,but there was a huge chance that he would not make it.
  But then,Adam Gontier got word of this. He felt really bad,and he did the nicest thing I've ever seen anyone do. He went to the hospital,and met Kameron. He sang to him,and gave him his guitar picks,and a signed t-shirt and poster. He filmed the entire thing,to bring awareness to this,too.

I'm sorry for rambling on about that,but I thought it was amazing,that Adam would go out of his way,for a 13 year old kid. It goes to show,that he's someone who really loves his fans. Also,when he was reading his story he had TEARS in his eyes,if you looked closely.

And that's the reason why I love Adam so much. If you haven't seen this amazing video yet,I suggest you do! It's amazing,believe me. (Maxride,I will show you when you come over again :D)
